Shipping Costs

Domestic 

Within Canada & United States

All shipments within Canada and throughout United States will get Free Shipping when you spend $100.00 or more.

International

Rest of the World

All shipment rates are provided by our preferred courier company as they have given us the lowest rates. The rates are based on the size and weight of our products.

Shipping Information & Processing Time

Shipments will be processed through Canada Post providing all customers with a confirmation email and tracking number if provided by Canada Post. All orders will be processed within 3-4 business days.

Shipping costs will include: Courier of the parcel to you, packaging and insurance on the parcel.  

 

Delivery Time & Courier Prices

We do our best to provide the quickest delivery time and the lowest prices based on Canada Post.

Courier prices may change at any time based on courier rate change. We do our best to communicate with all customers if there are any changes after your purchase and prior to shipping the parcel to you.

 

International Deliveries:

 We try to send international parcels by air if the item is small and prices are reasonable. Otherwise the parcel will be sent by boat and can take up to 3-4 weeks and sometimes a little longer.

Terms & Conditions

We do our best to inspect all items before we list them for sale. All returns are subject to a mandatory re-shelving fee of 15% of item list price in addition to shipping costs that will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

All items that are new must be un-open and with original packaging and tags attached. Any issues with the purchased product(s) must be communicated within 3 days of receiving the product(s), otherwise the purchaser foregoes the opportunity for issue resolution. 

Please note that due to the many vintage types of products that we sell, we strive to accurately describe the condition of all items, however there may exist inherent characteristics within each item that reflects its vintage nature.

Please note that due to the many vintage types of products that we sell, we strive to accurately describe the condition of all items, however there may exist inherent characteristics within each item that reflects its vintage nature.

Once delivered, items cannot be refunded for theft. That is a matter for your postmaster, police, and home insurance.

Item must be returned in the condition it was sent to you.

Damaged/lost in shipping...you must fully cooperate with filing a claim with the post office or shipper, and you will be refunded once the claim is finalized. Shippers/insurers may require you to

Process in Determining A Customer Receives A Refund

We work with every customer to understand each situation even if we have to contact any sources involved in the handling of the product.

Once we receive the item back we will do an examination of the product which may require contacting the supplier where we originally purchased the product or the specialist who appraised the product to confirm its the original product. The item also has to be in the same working, clean condition when sold.

Once we can confirm the item is the original in same condition we will issue a full refund.

If the item is not the original or has been altered in any way, we will provide our proof/results to verify the item is not the original or has been changed. We have the right to refuse the refund.

 
International Packages

If the parcel safely departs Canada we do not honour missing packages.

 
Time Frame to Contact us About A Return & Supporting Documents When Returning A Product

Any issues with the purchased product(s) must be communicated within 3 days of receiving the product(s), otherwise the purchaser foregoes the opportunity for issue resolution.

We do our best to notify a customer when a shipment is submitted into the courier so we expect the same effort in return from the customer when a return needs to be made.

Once we have agreed to accept any return, the customer must provide proof of return. i.e. tracking number or picture of the receipt showing the date of return.

How Do We Care For Our Products

Every product we collect and we sell has been hand selected to ensure the product is clean and in good condition with all original pieces and components.

All our clothing products are stored in a clean and smoke free environment with no harsh perfumes or moth ball smells to ensure the item can be enjoyed to the customers preference.

All our jewelry products are first cleaned when we receive them and then again when the customer completes their purchase. We have commercial cleaners and equipment to guarantee our jewelry is in a clean condition. Please note some of our jewelry is antique and have special stones in them therefore we do our best to hand clean them and some of the pieces do have that tarnish look.
