This new beige and brown petticoat crinoline dress has a halter style top with straps which can be worn with or without the straps as you may tuck them in if wanted. Attached soft crinoline skirt with two full layers with a brown trim.

This petticoat crinoline dress has a material elastic that can fit up to a size 17" inches across the top portion and 22" inches across the waist.
